Our Remote Software is a very secure solution, featuring completely secure data channels with key exchange and AES (256 Bit) session encoding, the same security standard used by https/SSL.

During your remote repair session YOU will be able to observe all repairs LIVE by watching your screen while we solve your problem. Your computer remote pc repair mouse will actually move around on your computer screen right before your eyes. You can even watch and learn! Plus, YOU will be able to assume control at any time and no breach of security is possible.

When we are finished, we can remove our connection program and we will be unable to reconnect, unless YOU choose to reinstall the program for further service. This entire process keeps you, our client in complete control at all times, during and after the repair.
